Do you WANT TO GROW AS A LEADER?
First, let me ask another question: Do you have a Junto? In 1727, Benjamin Franklin's Junto Club was founded by a diverse group of leaders focused on personal growth and the common good. Meeting weekly, they discussed important topics, fostered creative ideas and shared feedback. This group was the embodiment of Franklin's ideals of collaboration and enlightenment.
The reality is, every leader needs a Junto. This is the idea behind our Great Catholic Leaders Cohort. Twice a month, six leaders meet online for 90 minutes led by a master facilitator. These guided conversations include personal check-ins, peer support, feedback and topical discussions joined by experts from around the country. These collaborative communities have proven to be transformational for leaders pursuing greatness.
If you don’t have a Junto, get one! We can help.
